I feel that the staff sometimes find it hard to keep up with demand, more staff are needed. All staff have been pleasant and kind.

Throughout a 3 day period the ward was very busy but remained structured. The nursing staff, especially Abby, remained happy and smiling and dedicated to the task at hand. With my situation specifically Abby's task was not particularly pleasant but her whole approach was more than commendable, she managed to turn a difficult situation round to a positive one. Star!!

Nomusa accompanied me to theatre she was incredibly kind, calm & talked to me - I was more relaxed than on other visits to theatre. Her kind manner continued on the ward.

Staff fantastic, food fantastic, service fantastic. Better than New Zealand! However Pharmacy need to work faster.
